Hello,
I have a problem with a Latitude 7330. Following a firmware update, the "safebios" message appeared. I can't do anything except enter the BIOS. I tried to extract and then insert another BIOS file into the left chip (see photo), but I can't read from or write to this chip. However, there is another chip on the right (see photo). I'm wondering if this might be a security feature from DELL.
Have you ever encountered this issue?
